It arrived in a snug little box with the mosaic tiles catching light in a way that photos just can't capture. This 8-inch piece has the heft and handmade charm you'd expect from an artist on Vashon Island, and I've already hung it above my desk.
The craftsmanship is incredible for such a small piece—every little tile is set with real care, and it catches light in a way that makes it feel far more expensive than it is. Bought it as a gift for my sister and honestly had to stop myself from keeping it.
The colors shift beautifully depending on the light in my hallway, and at 8 inches it's the perfect size for a small wall nook. It arrived well-packed and feels sturdy, exactly what I hoped for as a housewarming gift for myself.
