從液態洗髮精轉換使用時，頭髮可能需要短暫適應期。傳統洗髮精常以清潔劑去除油脂，並以矽靈包覆髮絲。
可單獨使用，或後續搭配潤絲精或稀釋醋沖洗。欲增添光澤與滋養，可滴數滴有機頭髮護理油。
